Yup. Actually, it's pretty straightforward: gigigaga.net might actually
exist (WHOIS says it does, in fact), but no server willing to tell you about
it answered the query. This is considered a temporary failure, because the
nature of the Net is that this kind of thing happens to the most legitimate
of domains, as well as the least -- every now and then, both primary and
secondary sources for a domain will be off the air.
