Our Exim mail queue has been filling up with frozen messages like this
lately - see attachment. Does anyone have any idea what might be the
cause? Could this indicate some sort of problem with our server, or is it
likely to be by a result of someone faking our address via relaying
elsewhere? And is there a way to stop these messages from filling up the
spool area? I get so many of these that explicit removal isn't practical.
