[Exim] Exim is not sending outgoing emails

Hi

I can recieve external/internal email but cannot send email to external
addresses, I can send locally though, I tried to send an email to an
external address in debug mode and it got stuck at :

search_tidyup called

and does not do anything.

Can someone please be kind enough to help me troubleshoot this issue.
