I know that, of course. I actually meant WRT client software (somewhat
implied by the context of the message I replied to).

What I'm really saying is the the bait is the client (Outlook),
(potentially) utilizing the groupware features, which ultimately traps
you into Exchange on a MS server OS. I can't see someone typically
being trapped into Outlook because they're using Exchange.
