[Exim] sending messages > 10MB between 18.00 and 06.00

Hello list,

Can sb. help me to build a router which collects mail bigger than
10MB and sends these mails between 18.00 an 06.00 ?
Is this possible at all ?
Is it possible to defer mails temporarily ?
