Thanks for your reply. I found that problem was that the incoming email
with blank header. The log file looks like this:

I can see numbers of such emails comming with blank header. Most of them
(almost all) are junk mail. So another question for me is how can I stop
them

Ask your client to send you the complete headers of this particular email.
Then look at them to see if it was actually sent through your own server.
