We're a kenyan ISP, with over 7k users (/etc/passwd) and several virtual domains:
wash@ns2 ('tty') /var/spool/virtual 39 -> ls -1 | wc -l
422
wash@ns2 ('tty') /var/spool/virtual 40 ->
Each domain of those 422 has minimun 5 users, so total is (MIN) 2000.
