[Exim] force sending_host on -brw

I'm trying to test some rewriting rules which depend on
the sender's host address. How can I force a specific
sender with the exim -brw switch? With this switch on,
the supplied address seems to be interpreted as a recipient
address, and adding a -f switch+argument appears to
have no effect.
