Already on Wish List - #64.
Meanwhile, you might be able to force it by a horrible kludge. Use
verify = sender = magic@ddress
and then set up a router that forces a defer for that specific address
(setting verify_only and verify_sender for safety).
I haven't tested this monstrosity!
