For the record, I got this to work with:

local_interfaces = 0.0.0.0.25 : 0.0.0.0.587

(Using the right MSA port # this time too ;)

I'm not sure wether its exim, or the IP stack on this machine
recognizing 0.0.0.0 as 'all interfaces', or, if its the latter, if thats
portable to other OS-en (I'm on FreeBSD-4/i386)
