[Exim] alias in mail header

I didn't succeed to modify the header from my server to write the
receiver adress (with alias) rather than the username...

In the example below, i would that "ebullier" (wich is the username) be
"erick.bullier" (wich is the alias used to send the mail)...
How can i do that?...
