[Exim] RBL problem

I have debian version Exim 3.35 TLS
My RBL config:
sender_reject = "partial-lsearch;/etc/exim/spam/spamlist"
recipients_reject_except = "postmaster@???"
host_reject = "partial-lsearch;/etc/exim/spam/hostlist"

rbl_domains = blackholes.mail-abuse.org/reject :\
              dialups.mail-abuse.org/reject :\
              relays.mail-abuse.org/warn:\
              relays.orbs.org/reject

rbl_hosts = 0.0.0.0/0
rbl_log_headers
rbl_log_rcpt_count


But It does'nt work.. Why? I received e-mail from Server on the orbs.org database..
I check ip of this serwer and "domain" exist and have pointer to: 172.0.0.2

Can Help me?
