1. Make sure you are running Exim 4 and not Exim 3.
2. Put this in your configuration file:
local_interfaces = 127.0.0.1.25 : \
127.0.0.1.23 : \
a.b.c.d.25 : \
a.b.c.d.23 : \
where a.b.c.d is your host's IP address.
If you are using Exim 3, you can either run two daemons, or run a daemon
on one port and use inetd for the other. (You can also do that in Exim 4
if you want.)
