[Exim] exim 4 + rav antivirus

Anyone got it working? (exim4 + ravantivirus) ?

rav isnt designed to work with exim4, but exim3 atm
and given configuratyion doesnt work

its also hard to implement on exim4

if anyone has it workibng could you provide config?
