[Exim] Strange behaviour when sending mails

Hi,

i'm running exim as an mta and all my users are using outlook. Everything
works just fine, but all mails stay for about 30 seconds in the outbox
before they get sent to exim. I know when i first tested the server they
left immediatly.
Any ideas??
