The problem is on host 10.1.8.98. This host does not appear to be
running Exim, because that 501 error is not one that Exim gives.
Exim is reporting the error, but the error was given by the remote host.

So the fix will have to be done on the remote host, and as it isn't
running Exim, I'm afraid I can't help.
