$sender_address is the envelope sender on the incoming message, so
that's what you want. $return_path is by default the same, but if you've
used errors_to on any router, thereafter $return_path will be different
- i.e. it is the _outgoing_ sender address. In fact, I don't think
$return_path is actually set during message reception.
