[Exim] maildirsize support with exim

Hi!,

Browsing the mailing list archives, I noticed that someone (Jason) already
made a patch to support maildirsize file via ldap queries with exim 3,
working properly with courier-imap.

I'm very interested in this patch. I really appreciate if Jason or someone
else could send it to me.
