hm, if I Enter a command like this with "foo" beeing a bsmtp file with
malicious content I get the following:

--cut--
$ cat foo |rsmtp recepient; echo $?
1
$
--cut--

No Errormessages on stdout though.

Anyway in the meantime I got exiscan to ignore bounces an thus this is not
that important anymore.
