Let me analize that...

${sg{
     ${lookup ldap
        {ldap:///echoMailList=${local_part},dc=${domain},ou=vdomains,
         o=top?echoMailRoutingAddress}
      }

There's a } missing here, to terminate the first argument of ${sg.

      {,}{:}}}

There are too many }'s at the end. Try moving one } from the end to just
before {,}.

      ^
      ^
That one is missing a { there.
