[Exim] no local_scan message with -bS?

Hi there,

using local_scan (exiscan) in conjunction with SMTP Email is blocked by
means of a 550 Error and an appropriate Error-Message.

Using local_scan in conjunction with -bf does not give me any message on
stderr!

Can I enable this somewhere in the Configuration-File or is this a
missfeature in exiscan?
