Hi,

Two ways to fix this (10 to 1 says it will):
1) Make sure that /usr/local/pgsql/lib is in '/etc/ld.so.conf' then run
ldconfig
2) Do symlinks from those libraries to a path that is in ld.so.conf

Either way works great.
