[Exim] Cyrus SASL + Authenticators

    I know this has been mentioned loads of times having checked the archives,
but I haven't actually managed to find a answer anywhere to the question "Is
it possible to use Cyrus SASL to authenticate people, using say CRAM-MD5?".

    I seem to remember it being added to the wishlist sometime in '98 - but I
can't see any sign of it having made it into Exim yet :)

    Oh, and this is on Exim 4.
