[Exim] Spamassassin

Hi again.

Another off topic question. I am trying to enable user preferences file with spamassassin by creating ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs but its not working... ayone hit this problem before ?. no error logs i can look at to get a clue as to why its not wrking either.. i've tried all owner and permissions etc etc...

Any help would be muchly appreciated :)..
