Neither it this. I have no idea what happened here but somehow its lost
the ">" at the end.
You can have one of the following (but not both) forms:
From: "arbitarary text" <valid@???>
or
From: valid@??? (arbitrary text)
Note that the second form is often rewritten to the first by many modern
apps..

Non any way which doesnt directly breaks the RFCs, no. And whats to stop
someone from forging such a header, anyway?
