[Exim] RETRY CONFIGURATION

Hello i run exim-3.34 and have some questions about the retry
configuration, I run Trend Micro Virus Wall and im doing relay for some
domains
because of the virus check, are there ways to set higher values for the
error messages?
And in general add higher retrys, i used Sendmail before if the
mailserver where i forwardet the virus checked queue was down,
myself and the costumers always recived nasty error messages.. Is it
possible aswell with exim-3.34 to just monitor and log the mail raffic
generated by
a single domain, and maybe limit it?
