I thought Exim's de-duping feature would take care of this. ;-)

If I were getting duplicate spams to postmaster addresses, yes. But
each customer seems to get a unique set of spam! So I get quite a pile.
Not to mention interesting insights into the sorts of places on the
internet my customers may have been visiting. ;)
