[Exim] exim_dump problems

I have just encountered problems with exim_dump on the retry and reject dbms.

I am running exim 3.33. If I run "exim_dump ... retry" I get several lines on the
stderr like:

**** Entry: "T;........" was in the key scan, but the record was not found in the
file - something is wrong!

If I try to dump the reject db instead I get 14,018 lines of output then a
segmentation fault (core dump).

I can see no sign that Exim is bothered by the db files, but would like to tidy
things up. What is the best way forward please?
