[Exim] ZA mirror

Hi there,

I'm currently doing an hourly rsync of www.exim.org (procedure taken from the
www.exim.org mirrors section).

I have it on http://exim.reaper.org and I'd like ot know from all of hte other
mirror sponsors, a rough idea of the traffic as I'd like to pop a mirror site
up in Za as there is currently no mirror in South Africa.
