| end to bind to. My C is not very good i'm afraid, so i could be taking
| rubbish here, but I think there are constants that normally 'bind' to
| any or the best available ip address.


Your C knowledge is fine, are you are correct.. It would be a really
usefull feature to have this..

Yea, people are drifting waaay off topic.. It should be a really simple task
to choose what interface to bind to when sending mail, or what interface
to bind to when receiving mail..
