Thanks to everyone, I fixed that authentication problem, and there is no such option
"enable-mysql" in exim, like you say. I am just confused with tpop3d and exim.
I cannot find any how-to's about quota configuration on exim.org web site.
I really need a detailed one, exim documentation on exim.org is not
enough for me. I am sure someone knows a url.

I assumed that --enable-auth-mysql was a compile-time option for some
packaged version of exim (Red Hat, Debian, slackware, ... ?).
