I don't think the quotes in column 1 are. The second quote, before '/home/',
may or may not be legal depending on the context in which BIN_DIRECTORY and
CONFIGURE_FILE are used in the source.

Interestingly, a double quote is 34 in decimal, and a hash (UK), pound (US) is
35.
