[Exim] feature request

How about a real easy method to test for the existance of any given header
rather that having to learn the tricky method presently?

Something like:

if $h_scooby-doo: exists
then....


if $h_looking-for-this: does not exist
then....

Would be real handy, and seems like a fairly clean way of determining
existence/non existence.
