[Exim] Slightly off topic Perl question?

Has anyoune worked with the http://www.zeegee.com/code/perl/MIME-tools/ ? I could really use a few pointers on how to USE the thing, send me a mail off list if you would be willing to hear my tear filled story on getting it to work?
