Host is "id'd" as 127.0.0.1 -- what on earth are you talking about?
Please point out the line below that you are interpreting in this
manner..

The connection is coming from ^^ this IP address, not 127.0.0.1

This means that "127.0.0.1" is one of the local interfaces on YOUR
machine. Every host has one of these. it is irrelevant to what is
happening here..

At the time you ran this test, the IP address didnt match your
host_accept_relay..
