[Exim] X-Authenticated-Sender i SMTP Auth

Hi
I want to put the $authenticated_sender and $authenticated_id into
the header.

remote_smtp:
driver = smtp
gethostbyname = no
headers_add = "X-Authenticated-Sender: ${authenticated_sender}\n \
X-Authenticated-id: ${authenticated_id}"

And the auth section:

plain:
driver = plaintext
public_name = PLAIN
server_condition = "${if pam{$2:$3}{1}{0}}"
server_set_id = $2

login:
driver = plaintext
public_name = LOGIN
server_prompts = "Username:: : Password::"
server_condition = "${if pam{$1:$2}{1}{0}}"
server_set_id = $1

But I got empty headers.
Any idea?
