No.

A customer sent 25,000 pieces of email through a smarthost. I was
looking at this, and it seems that it was a b0rked piece of spamware
which didn't notice that "accepts message" != "relays message".

I sent a test message through their MTA to check. It was accepted, the
bounce came back.

Oh, I hadn't really noticed before: my one-line "foo" test message body
silently became 14 lines of HTML body.
