[Exim] sender option on exim-4.04

Hi all,

    I have problem on exim-4.04 sender option.
    This option cannot find specified file.

# /usr/local/lib/exim/exim -bt -C /usr/local/lib/exim/exim.conf.external
> asuka

LOG: MAIN PANIC DIE
  failed to open  /etc/mail/lists/asuka for linear search: No such file or directory
# ls -l /etc/mail/lists/asuka
-rw-------   1 root     other        651  6月  2日  17:34 /etc/mail/lists/asuka

    Changing file mode 644 does not help.

    Here shows the director section.
    It was produced by convert4r4.

    Please tell me if you find my mistake, or
    any workaroud if it's exim problem.
