[Exim] Outgoing mail routing based on headers

Hello ,

Is any possibility for exim to route outgoing mail based on contents
"header_from:". Point is that my home computer linked with 3 external
mailservers and thus I've 3 different domains for my address. (2 is
dialup ISPs and one - independent mailserver). I want exim to send my
outgoing mail to "smart host", whose domain correspond to header "from:".
