[Exim] Cascading Autoresponder Loops

Hi all,

Please forgive me if this has already been discussed. I am new to
exim, searched the archives and could not find any reference to this
problem.

When I send an email to an address that has an autoresponder (such
as a system that generates automatic support tickets), and my own
address has an autoresponder, this always results in an endless loop
between the two addresses. In the space of 10 minutes, I usually
receive about 300 support tickets (or other autoresponses), until I
block the address that generates the tickets.

This is of course not a good solution but my host just moved me to
new servers and have only just implemented exim this week. They
haven't yet found a solution. I'm hoping one of you seasoned exim
users has an answer!
