[Exim] condition help.

I would like to add a condition to a director.

something like:
condition = $header_X-RBL-Warning: contains "spamcop" and
${lookup{$local_part}lsearch{/etc/exim/spamcop}{$value}}


where /etc/exim/spamcop looks like.

spamlover:no
spamhater:yes


But my head hurts.
