That is not an lsearch file. You need a ':' to terminate the key and
begin the value part of the key-value pair. That also means that,
with lsearch, you might not be able to handle a subject with a ':' in
it. You also won't be handling the situation where someone replies to
the spam (even quoting the whole darn thing) and their mailer adds Re:
or Fw: to the subject, or when a mailling list adds stuff like [Exim]
in front of the subject. These last situations can't be handled by a
key-value lookup.
