That could be the reason for the failed deliveries -- if the remote
site was rejecting mail based on the bls that ip is in.

The first step is to determine why you were blacklisted in the first
place. That may be tricky since dial-up ips tend to be used by many
users and the blacklist may have been caused by someone else. I tried
to find out why those bls had that ip listed, but in the short time I
spent I didn't see an explanation. One possibility is to dial in
again and stay connected long enough to get blacklisted and then check
the blacklist for a reason, then correct the problem and request
delisting (and hang up so you can get a new ip :-)).
