Home this helps:

plain:
    driver = plaintext
    public_name = PLAIN
    server_condition = ${if \
      crypteq{$3}{${extract{1}{:}{${lookup{${local_part:$2}}\
      lsearch{/etc/virtuallmail/${domain:$2}/passwd}{$value}fail}}}}{1}{0}}
    server_set_id = $2

login:
    driver = plaintext
    public_name = LOGIN
    server_prompts = "Username:: : Password::"
    server_condition = ${if \
      crypteq{$2}{${extract{1}{:}{${lookup{${local_part:$1}}\
      lsearch{/etc/virtuallmail/${domain:$1}/passwd}{$value}fail}}}}{1}{0}}
    server_set_id = $1
