[Exim] RBL trouble

Hi.

I have:

rbl_domains = dialups.mail-abuse.org/warn : blackholes.mail-abuse.org/warn : relays.mail-abuse.org/warn

When incoming mail come, only xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.dialups.mail-abuse.org and
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.relays.mail-abuse.org dns look-ups are being made.
Why Exim ignores blackholes?
