Okay, but that sounds like an answer to the question "Will children be
exec'd with the same configuration filename as was passed to the parent
with the -C option?" That's not my question.
My question is whether they read that config file off disk when they
start up, and whether what they take from it is used unmodified by any
interaction with the parent.
