Well, that looks right. But I'm a cautious person; I won't give you a
100% guarantee. What you should do is try it out in a testing situation.
It is quite easy to set up Exim for running tests without disturbing the
live MTA.
(Actually, you don't need the "seen finish". "Fail" ends filtering.)
