[Exim] Exim and Mysql - config file

Hi list, I'm trying to configure Exim to use MySQL to lookup users. I
compiled MySQL support and tried some sample configurations I found in
searchs and in this list archive with no success.

Is there somebody who can send me a complete sample configurations for
routers, transports and drivers that I can base on?

Another question I have is about using MS-SQL server... does anybody
have experience using Ms-SQL?
