no... never had to before. Odd thing was that I was noticing that it was
running as UID=8, GID=8 when it was trying to do a setuid(). UID=8 is great.
Thats mail. But the mail gid is 12,. GID 8 is "mem". So I verified my
Local/Makefile. Looks great. On a whim, did a make clean and rebuilt exim.
Reinstalled it, and all works grand now. Go Figure.
