    Yes!! That is exactly what I am trying to use but without luck. I probably
have something missing on mi acls

This is what I have set: (Exim 4.02)

begin acl
   acl_check_rcpt:
   accept  hosts = :
   deny    local_parts   = ^.*[@%!/|]
   accept  local_parts   = postmaster
   domains       = +local_domains
   require verify        = sender

     accept  domains       = +local_domains
          endpass
          message       = unknown user
          verify        = recipient

     accept  domains       = +relay_to_domains
          endpass
          message       = unrouteable address
          verify        = recipient

     accept  hosts         = +relay_from_hosts

     accept  authenticated = *

     deny message = relay not permitted

begin authenticators
#Autenticacion
cram:
driver = cram_md5
public_name = CRAM-MD5
server_secret = ${if eq{$1}{ph10}{secret}fail}
server_set_id = $1

# client_name = ph10
# client_secret = secret2

But it is not asking me to send the secrets. It is just relaying everything

You want SMTP AUTH which Exim supports. See Chapter 35 of the Exim3
documentation or Chapter 32 of the Exim4 documentation depending on which
version you're using.
